Hacking Trace Service
MapleSEA have now implemented a Hacking Trace Service to protect your vital information from hackers. This service is provided for Maplers so that they can enjoy MapleStory in a safer environment. A trial version has been released in MapleSEA and the full version will follow shortly.

Submit ur report to:
help.maplesea@asiasoftsea.net.
Each report must contain all of the following:
a. The player’s In Game Nickname (IGN);
b. All information on the hacked item(s); and
c. The suspected date of the account being hacked.

Please note that all suspected hacking cases must be reported within 7 days (including public holidays) of the incident. If the report is made after the given timeline, we may not be able to investigate the case due to technical restrictions.
